2024 SPRING NEWSLETTER

TOWN OF TRENTON

 

SPRING CLEAN-UP: Spring clean-up will be held on Saturday April 13, 2024, from 7:30am to 11:30am.

ANNUAL MEETING: The annual meeting will be held at 7pm on Tuesday April 16, 2024, at the town hall. Voting residents of Trenton are welcomed to come and discuss issues with the town board. The 2023 annual financial report will be reviewed, and questions addressed.

OPEN BOOK: Open book will be held Friday, May 3 from 9:00am-11:00am at the Trenton Town Hall. No appointment is needed. Or you may contact the assessor any time before the end of the Open Book by email or phone. Email is preferred. Quinn Schoeneberg, qschoeneberg@catalisgov.com 920-904-2530

BOARD OF REVIEW: Board of Review will be held Wednesday June 5 from 6pm to 8pm. To appear before the Board of Review, an objection form must be completed, and an appointment made with the clerk.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • TOWN OF TRENTON’S WEBSITE: Our website, tn.trenton.wi.gov, contains information regarding upcoming board meetings, election information, recycling, dog licensing, and answers to many other questions you may have.
  • THE TOWN BOARD meets at 7pm on the 3rd Monday of every month.
  • THE TRANSFER STATION is open every Saturday from 7:30-11:30 am.
  • TOWN HALL RENTAL: The Town Hall is available to rent for $40 with a $25 security deposit. Contact Russell Kottke to reserve the Hall.
  • DOG LICENSES: all dogs kept in the Town of Trenton need to be licensed, contact Melissa Pausma to license your dog.

Tell me about the Town of Trenton & where it is located?

A:

The Town of Trenton is located in Dodge County and adjoins Fond du Lac County on its northern most border.  Mainly a rural township, there is a private airport and several commerical properties, scattered amongst the pristine country landscape.  On the southern edge of the county visitors and residents will enjoy Beaver Dam Lake and easy access to State Highway 41 to get them on the road to Milwaukee, Madison or the Fox Cities all within an hours time.  The Township of Trenton is one of the largest in Dodge County boasting 80 miles of roads; not including our County and State Highways.

A:

The Town of Trenton receives Fire & EMS services from three area community fire departments; Fox Lake, Waupun & Beaver Dam.
